In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Wordvice” refers to Wordvice Editing Service (https://wordvice.com), the entity with whom you are entering into this agreement. By applying to the Wordvice Affiliate Program you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions below.Affiliate Program Overview
The Wordvice Affiliate Program is an affiliate marketing network between Wordvice and its Affiliates that enables Affiliates to earn commissions as a percentage of sales referred to Wordvice via a unique affiliate link. This link (as well as banners and images with embedded links we provide) can be posted anywhere online: blogs, forums, social media, affiliate marketing sites, etc. To become a Wordvice Affiliate, applicants must first register with their basic information and create an account. All Affiliates must read these terms and conditions before registering and posting any affiliate links.Commissions
For a referral sale to generate a commission, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when a customer clicks through the Affiliate’s link and makes their first Wordvice purchase on our site within ninety (90) days of clicking this link. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the Affiliate. Current commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard. Every first-time order made through the affiliate link within the 90-day time frame will earn a 15% commission and the customer being referred to Wordvice through this link will receive a 10% discount on their first order. The 15% commission will be applied to the total order amount after the 10% discount. (For example, if a client makes an order of $100, their 10% discounted rate would be $90; the affiliate commission for this sale would be 15% of $90, or $13.50).Payment
All commissions will be remitted to the Affiliate’s Alipay account or Bank account on the 15th day of the month following the affiliate-assisted sale. All sales completed by 11:59PM (Korea Standard Time) on the last day of a given month will be included in the payment invoice and remitted on the 15th day of the following month. Affiliates can check their current balances and make changes to PayPal account information in the Affiliate Dashboard.Order Refunds
In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance and will not be included in the total commissions payments for a given month.Usage and Obligations
Affiliates are permitted and encouraged to use the Wordvice brand and marketing resources available in the Affiliate Dashboard section. Logos and other assets may not be modified by the Affiliate. The Affiliate does not gain any trademark, copyright, or any other rights to these materials. The Affiliate may advertise Wordvice’s services directly or indirectly (i.e., direct advertisement or mention in a blog post). But the Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Wordvice as an employee or marketer. The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Wordvice, Wordvice services, or their relationship with Wordvice in a false or misleading way that could harm the reputation of Wordvice or mislead potential Wordvice clients. The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Wordvice or its services.Term and Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice. Wordvice reserves the right to terminate its agreement with an Affiliate for violating any of these terms and conditions and to request that the Affiliate remove any marketing content or promotional materials that are being used in a way which violates these terms and conditions. If either Wordvice or the Affiliate chooses to terminate the Agreement, the final commissions balance will be paid to the affiliate on the 15th day of the month following termination of the Agreement.Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement does not represent an exclusive relationship between Wordvice and the Affiliate. Affiliates may work with similar affiliate program providers in any category, including with our competitors. This agreement imposes no restrictions on us to work with any individual or company we may choose.Governing Law and Arbitration
This Agreement shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. All claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding arbitration in the Republic of Korea. An award of arbitration may be confirmed in a court of competent jurisdiction.Modification of these Terms and Conditions
Wordvice reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
